1. Quality Assurance
All GreenBugs produce underwent thorough quality control inspections before being packed & fulfilled to you, along with the roots so you're able to receive the greens in the best possible condition.
2. 200% Money Back Guarantee
All GreenBugs produce are automatically covered by our 200% money back guarantee if we indeed gave you a sub-par produce during our fulfillment process in our farm.
Sub-par incidents including rotting parts and not fresh, rendering the produce to be non-edible.
The 200% money back guarantee does not cover any damages to the produce during delivery or due to the negligence of buyer after receiving the produce.
Please refer to the following steps to claim your 200% money back guarantee:
Step 1 - Drop us an email at with your order number (e.g. #168), photo(s) of the greens which you found it to be unsatisfactory, along with your descriptions within 24 hours upon receiving your order.
Step 2 - We'll reply to you within 1 working day after internal investigations.
Step 3 - Should your request is valid, the 200% money back guarantee will be issued in the form of a digital gift card where the amount could be used to offset your next purchase. The 200% money back guarantee will not be issued in the form of a refund of cash payment/credit or debit card reversal.
Step 4 - You do not need to return the produce to us.
All GreenBugs produce are not returnable or exchangeable to other type of produce if the produce has been harvested and packed at our farm or has been delivered to the buyer. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on digital gift cards.
You may request for replacements if the following conditions are met:
Produce is badly damaged during delivery
Drop us an email at with your order number (e.g. #168), photo(s) of the greens which you found it to be unsatisfactory, along with your descriptions within 24 hours upon receiving your order. Should your request is valid, we'll be issuing the replacement item(s) after confirming with you. You must return your initial order in its original packaging when we deliver your replacement item(s). GreenBugs will be bearing the delivery fees of your replacement item(s).
5.1 In the unlikely event that after completion of delivery, you have the right to submit an item rejection complaint if you find products that are deemed unacceptable by you. Drop us an email at with your order number (e.g. #168), photo(s) of the greens which you found it to be unacceptable, along with your descriptions within 24 hours upon receiving your order. If your refund request is approved, we shall notify you on the date and time that our delivery partner will collect the rejected items from you without any charges. We'll be processing the refund after we have successfully received the collected items. Any request for refund made after three (3) days shall be invalid and shall not be processed by us.
5.2 We shall reserve our rights to inform you earlier and to cancel your order if we are unable to deliver your order to your location. All payable money will be refunded to you if we unable to deliver the items to you.
5.3 In the event of duplicated transactions or errors which caused wrong or additional payments, drop us an email at with your order number (e.g. #168) for assistance. After internal investigations and if your request is approved, we'll be processing the refund to you.
We reserve the rights to make amendments to this "Refund & Return Policy" without prior notice.
