What is Green Pass?

Green Pass is similar to a digital gift card, where it contains monetary value which can be redeemed to pay for your purchases at GreenBugs online store. Green Pass was designed to make your digital farming experience a lot more exciting and rewarding; the more you consume the more perks you shall enjoy. And that's also another way for us to appreciate and thank the continuous support of our regular clients. You can use the pass for yourself or send as a gift to your friends & family.

How Does It work?

Browse and select the items you would like to purchase. At the check out area, select redeem a code and enter your Green Pass code at the gift card code area. The system will show you how much will be deducted from your Green Pass. If your Green Pass has insufficient balance, the system will ask you to pay the balance after minus the Green Pass value.

What Are the Perks of Green Pass?

There 4 different passes with different values and bonus points:

RM 30 - Standard (earn 1 point for every RM 1)

RM 60 - Standard + bonus 60 points (worth RM 3)

RM 100 - Standard + bonus 200 points (worth RM 10)

RM 150 - Standard + bonus 600 points (worth RM 30)

You may combine the Green Pass along with points redemption too and you'll pay even lesser!

I've Exhausted My Green Pass Amount. How Do I Top-Up?

Once you've exhausted the amount, simply buy a new Green Pass to resume your purchases again. There's no need to top-up.

What Is the Validity Period of Green Pass?

The value of your Green Pass is valid for 1 year from the date you purchase. Any unused amount which has expired will not be refunded and the amount will be channeled to support GreenBugs' CSR missions.

How Do I Receive the Green Pass After Purchasing It?

After the purchase, you will receive an email with the Green Pass and instructions on how to use it. It's very simple.
