Promotion Period

• This Promotion runs from 13 August 2021 to 30 Jun 2022 (the "Promotion Period").​

• Greenbugs reserves the right to extend the Promotion Period or discontinue the Promotion at any time without assigning any reason.

​​

• The participant shall be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions by participating in this Promotion.

​

Eligibility

• This Promotion is offered to both new & existing clients of Greenbugs in the Klang Valley and is strictly not transferable. Greenbugs reserves the right to decline any participant from participating in this Promotion without having to assign any reason.

​​

• This Promotion is applicable to all products & services purchased from Greenbugs. This includes the categories of i) fresh greens ii) ready-to-eat salad & meals iii) sauces & juices iv) home-based planting & accessories v) tailored home solutions vi) tailored commercial solutions vii) workshops viii) retail solutions.

​

• Each transaction with Greenbugs entitles the participant a chance of winning the prize and there is no limit to the number of entries the participant may submit in a month. Greenbugs will automatically keep track the eligibility and number of entries for the prizes. Multiple items purchased in a single transaction will be counted as one entry.

• The participant will need to follow/like Greenbugs’ Instagram or Facebook page to be eligible to participate. The participant may take a photo or a video of the items purchased, have them posted at the participant’s Instagram/Facebook story or post and tag “@greenbugsfarm”. The participant must ensure the privacy policy for this posting has been changed to public for the entry to be recognized and registered. The participant may change back the privacy settings after receiving the acknowledgement from Greenbugs.

• The participant may win more than one time throughout the entire Promotion Period.

​​

• The cut-off time of posting for each month will end at 23:59 hrs on the last day of each month. Posting made after 00:00 on the first day of the new month will be counted as the entry for the following month.

​

Prizes

• The participant stands a chance to win the prizes worth RM 238 each month. The prizes consist of one x 500g bundle mix worth RM 40.80 and one ready-to-eat salad mix with dressing sauce worth RM 13.80 to be delivered each week for 4 weeks. The participant will also receive one additional ready-to-eat salad mix with dressing sauce worth RM 13.80 and a bag of basil worth RM 5.80 to be delivered together during the 4th week.

• The draw will be conducted using an online tool to determine the winner. Greenbugs will tag the username of the winner and announce at Greenbugs’ Instagram/Facebook story or page on the 1st day of each new month. The winner will also be contacted separately via Instagram or Facebook chat and the arrangements for the prize fulfillments.

​

• The winner will need to reply and acknowledge receipt of the prizes to Greenbugs within 3 days of the announcement. Greenbugs reserves the right to conduct the draw again if the winner is not reachable or did not respond within the grace period.

​

• The prizes will not be delivered outside of Klang Valley coverage.

​

• Rewards are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, credit or other items or services. Greenbugs reserves the right to replace the prizes with another of similar value without prior notice.

General Terms and Conditions

• All decisions made by Greenbugs are final and binding and no discussions or negotiations relating to its decision will be entertained.

​

• For the representative of the participant participating and accepting the prizes under this Promotion on behalf of his or her corporation, he or she shall be deemed to have full authority from his or her corporation to participate and accept the prizes and that it in no way infringes his or her own corporation policies.

​

• Greenbugs accepts no responsibility and shall not be liable for damages, losses or injuries of any kind resulting from participation in this Promotion, and/or acceptance, possession and/or (mis)use of the prizes.

 

• Greenbugs reserves the right to cancel, change, substitute or remove the rewards at any time with or without notice to the participants.

 

We reserve the rights to make amendments to this "Share & Win Promotion" terms and conditions without prior notice.
